Our campsite offers a wild grass meadow with five camping pitches. We have our own gated car park and a wheelbarrow station to take your luggage to your pitch.

Each camping pitch is a 10 metre diameter circle cut into the long grass and has its own eco-compost toilet and fire pit. The Neigh Neigh is 16 x 12 metres to accommodate up to two 6 metre long camper vans or two large tents max. The five pitches have use of two hot showers and a washing up station.

facilities

We have an honesty shop for provisions including locally sourced breakfast produce; drinks & snacks; firewood; BBQ charcoal, etc. We also have BBQ buckets you can borrow as well as some games and activities. There are free to use USB/USB C charging lockers, (key deposit required) and a freezer for campers to freeze their ice blocks.

Next to the honesty shop is the social area laid out with picnic tables. During the summer we have regular social events here. Every Friday during the holidays is pizza night at The Gobble & Glug.

Opposite the social area we have a games room with a plethora of board games, a pool table and darts available to use.

As well as an eco-compost toilet on each pitch we also have 2 flushable indoor toilets for your use.

Camping Pitch price per night:

£38.00 - Up to 6 guests, (4 guests included within price)

Camping & Camper Van Pitch price per night:

£40.00 - Up to 10 guests & 2 campervans/tents, (4 guests and one campervan/tent included within price)

Additional Guests price per night:

£12.00 - Per additional adult (18+)
£6.00 - Per additional child (5-17)
Infants are free (under 5 )

Additional:

A Greener Camping Club joining fee of £12.00, (for the season) per pitch is required, unless already a member.
Vehicles are not allowed on the meadow, except for the camper van pitch) so children can run wild...

Details

Arrivals - 3pm - 8pm. Departures by 11am.
We have a 2 night minimum stay policy.
Pitches are 10 metre diameter with fire pit and compost toilet sitting outside. Tents are to stay within perimeter, although guide ropes can be placed beyond in the long grass.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Only one dog per pitch max.
Quiet time from 10pm onwards.
1 large tent or 2 small tents permitted as long as they fit within the 10m perimeter.
We have a maximum of 6 guests per pitch.
All pitches must include at least one adult.
As we are a vehicle-free site we don't accept trailer tents or campervans unless they are booked on The Neigh Neigh pitch.
